I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to determine if my services are a good fit for you. I will assist with referrals if that is needed. You will have a plan, and resources when we are finished with our initial conversation.
Contact me for information regarding my rates. I also utilize an income-based sliding fee scale; feel free to inquire about this. My services are reimbursable if you have Personal Choice or out-of-network options in your insurance plan. I find that government employees, school district employees, and those who work for larger companies often have this option - it's definitely worth a call to check with your individual plan.
I accept checks, and all major credit cards. I can process payment for services from an HSA or FSA account debit card as well. I charge a nominal "convenience fee" of $5 for credit card processing.
I offer daytime and evening hours.
